no returns on any wigs/hairpieces (human or synthetic) that have been cut-in or worn
no refund on sale items
shipping charges for items sent to clients - in town/up island are approx $20 (depending on weight) - out of town are $20 to $30 (depending on weight)
3 month return on shampoo/conditioners - only if not opened/used
if client is returning anything to us they are responsible for paying shipping
If wig or hairpiece need to be returned there is a min $50 re-stocking fee applied
APPOINTMENTS:
book by appointment only
require a 48 hour cancellation if clients cannot make the appointment otherwise they may be charged $50 fee before rebooking another appointment.
If a client does not show for an appointment on day scheduled (and does not call) but wishes to rebook again at a later date we require payment of the service up front before rebooking.
